I love ANTM and that rehab show.. there are very few others..
And I suppose I Love NY is ok.. although watching dating reality shows is like watching a car accident.. you know you shouldn't watch it, but you just can't look away..

I don't usually watch reality shows but for some reason my TiVo taped Design Superstar and since I'm getting ready to redo our guest room (why? since no one ever comes here?) I watched it - OMG I can't wait to watch the next one, lol.
I like the old time "reality" shows though - "this old house" and "antiques roadshow."... Sometimes "COPS" just for the "glad that's not me" angle. Nobody gets hurt and has to lie and cheat and steal. Everyone's a winner!
