If I saw Neil and Chris for the first time I would say
"Hello boys, how are you today? You guys are outstanding.
Can I have a picture of me and you two together?"
Meeting them sure would be a miracle. It'd be great to
even have a picture of me and them together.

I'd say something like: 'Hello, it's lovely to meet you.' I wouldn't know what else to say. I wouldn't ask Chris for a photo, because I know how much he hates it and I don't like being on a photo myself either. And I'm not really an autograph asking-type either, so I'll be done quickly there. ;)
