What do you think really make him so special? I think he has got a wonderful voice and the amazing ability singing in that way that the listener really can imagine how he feels in the situations he describs.

Neil's style of writing lyrics is one thing which I really admire.
then of course I loooove his voice, the way he laughs, his eyes, his attitude and the fact that he's rather smart.

REALLY?! I think the first time I heard Neil laugh I fell out of my chair. (Not that I don't sound like a braying donkey myself.)
I'll throw in with the "eyes & voice" crowd and add: great eyebrows, lips, hands, long long legs, sense of humor, hmmm...good businessman, kind to animals...uh, snappy dresser, polite (except when he's not - HA!)

I love the way how Neil makes you so touched by what he sings about. His song texts really touches me so deeply. I almost want to cry sometimes when I hear his voice.
