Here in this place you can write down good things that Pet Shop Boys have done. Let me start. It was the summer of '00. Pet Shop Boys were at the Roskilde Festival when it happened something really tragical. During the concert with Pearl Jam 9 persons died when they stood longest to the front of the stage. They were pinched at the fence. After that Pet Shop Boys would play, but they choosed to refrain from it. They thought about the people who died.
I have heard that Pet Shop Boys refused to collaborate with Britney Spears because of her unethical behavoiur (drinking, drugs, bald head etc). Her producers are in despair. Isn't it a good dead?
Don't you think that their behaviour is a little old-fashioned? They are nice, indeed, but not many famous people behave themselves in THIS way - intelligent way i mean.

Englishmen are always very old fashioned. Sorry to say it, but that's just the fact. Nothing bad meant about anybody. Though I just think Chris and Neil are very cute.

They have criticed Scissors Sisters for come out with that being gay is fun. Pet Shop Boys say that being gay is not that flashy, funny and cool as Scissors' Sister want to make it sound like.

Well being straight or bisexual isn't exactly a bag of kittens and gumdrops either, is it?
I'm not that familiar with the Scissor Sisters or the PSB quote you're referring to but if they're trying to give the impression your sexuality is nothing to be ashamed of I don't see anything wrong with that. Are they saying "Gay is awesome and the only way to be!" because that's a little silly (especially since one of the members is straight, or so I thought.) There's plenty of room on the spectrum for everyone.
In the 1960s here people used to say "Let your freak flag fly!" It meant be proud of who you were, regardless of what other people thought. If the Scissor Sisters are having a flashy, funny, and cool time good for them. If other gay people would rather sit at home and read and cook and watch old movies or surf the internet or whatever they prefer there's nothing wrong with that either.
I think Neil specifically doesn't like to be pigeonholed into an over-the-top gay stereotype/caricature (which is fair enough, but makes me wonder why he sort of plays into it for the live shows); when he sees Jake Shears gyrating around in purple leather hiphuggers on tv he gets annoyed by it instead of enjoying it, like I do. HAHAHA!
